Backup lines that switch themselves
Up to six playlists per TV, in your order. The server tests each one around the clock; the app reports stream failures live. When the main line is back, the app returns to it on its own.
Subtitles that match, or none
Embedded tracks first, then an exact file-hash match, then strict title, year and episode checks, then a length check against the video. A wrong subtitle is never shown automatically.

Common questions
Does AXO Player include channels?
No. AXO is a media player, like VLC. You add a playlist link from your own provider. We have no relationship with any content provider and cannot help with playlist contents.
What happens when my playlist stops working?
If you added backups, the app moves to the first working one within seconds and returns to your main line when it is back. Without backups the app shows which line failed and when it was last online, so you know it is the line and not the TV.
Why do I sometimes get no subtitle at all?
Because none passed our checks. We only show a subtitle that is embedded in the stream, matches the exact file, or matches title, year, episode and running time. You can still pick one by hand from the list, and tell the app whether it was right so the next viewer gets it immediately.
I bought a new TV. Do I pay again?
No. Open the portal with your old MAC and key and choose "Move to a new TV". Your licence, lines and settings move with you.
